Re: Comicon
Tue, May 10, 2005 - 2:38 PMFrom the website:
" The number of tables available is limited, and the demand is high, so the space is usually filled well in advance. Because first priority is given to the officially invited guests and those who have had space in the past, all of the tables for 2005 have been reserved for qualifying creators.
However, in the event that a scheduled artist is unable to attend, his or her space will be freed up for Comic-Con International to assign. (Space cannot be reassigned to another person by the canceling artist.) If you are interested in being placed on the waiting list, please send an e-mail to Artist's Alley coordinator Clydene Nee at cciart@yahoo.com.
Please keep in mind that if you do have a spot in Artist's Alley, you will need a valid California Sellers Permit or a Temporary Sellers Permit and that the only transactions that should take place at these tables are sales of your original artwork. Full information and rules on Artist's Alley are provided to all artists who obtain space. "

Tue, May 24, 2005 - 12:28 AMI wish I could go...I applied for a space at the Small Press Table and I didn't get it...apparently there is a waiting list. Or am I missing something? What is Artist Alley and how much does it cost? -

Re: Comicon
Wed, June 15, 2005 - 11:32 AMThere are still tables for sale in the "small press area". They cost a little more than artists alley, but I'm a retailer and my booth was $1200!
Be glad you're not paying that!
