A "new to self-publishing" question: On a standard 10"X15" original, what size do you make your fonts for comfortable reading when reduced to comic format?

how about a little reverse engineering...it's simple enough to pick up a comic with the font that you like, enlarge the page to the "standard 10"x15" original" size and measure the final font size...
